"Himare is a very busy location with several beach front options. This property is right in front of the beach. There are beach umbrellas available for the guests, however, you better get there early. It is very close to many restaurant and shopping opportunities. The roads are very narrow and congested. There is no parking at this location, but there are a few paid parking options a few hundred yards away. The breakfast was great with a nice variety of options. Everything is very clean and well kept. "

"Stella was extremely helpful with communication before arrival regarding booking a taxi to Montenegro as well as other taxis to get around some sights - her English was flawless which extends to her humour as well. The other team members in the hotel and cafe bar where breakfast is taken equally as friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely, good choices and large! "Excellent hotel right in the hub of the city. Staff were outstanding. Very helpful and obliging. We used the indoor pool after a hot bike ride - very refreshing - great spa staff member. Hotel stored our luggage for 3 days at no charge after check out. Very convenient whilst we travelled to Komani Lake for 3 nights. WiFi excellent. Good array of sport and English speaking news channels. Overall very happy with this hotel. "

"We had a lovely experience at Hotel Valz. The hotel is actively run by two families and the staff are very friendly. We stayed for 9 nights and commutated into Shkoder to watch our son play basketball at tournament. It’s about 30mins from Shkoder and close to the beaches. The area is still "

"We really loved this hotel, brilliant views, great staff, easy to get to the lakeside. Our one comment for feedback would be that we would like to specifically order breakfast items, the hotel only brought out what they had planned for breakfast, our only choice was the eggs, and even then we didn’t realise an omelette would be included. I think giving customers the ability to order what they want is better. "

"Loved our one night stay here. A modern, comfortable and stylish hotel set in beautiful landscape. Hotel room was top drawer with the most comfortable bed on our tour around Albania/Montenegro. Breakfast came in the price which is always a bonus. Staff friendly and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area. "

"The resort was almost ready for the season. Looks like a family resort with lots of kid-friendly areas. Fantastic breakfast! Not the fastest wifi if you want to stream programs. "
